Google "Foundation Analysis" by Ronald F. Scott or R.F. Scott....you'll find it.  Amazon.com is your best source.

I'm a bit surprised that you could not find this on your own.

Well, free would be good, but $22.50 for a used book that retails at $270 is not too bad!
