Contacts problems with abaqus

(OP)
Hi, I recently (last week) started using abaqus with the motive of modelling the response of the following model:
- a screw into a human bone.

I successfully created the model with two part instances, but I have problems when I submitted the job to analysis.

I really want to obtain the response of the contact between the screw and the bone.

The monitor show me this:

6806 elements are distorted. Either the isoparametric angles are out of the suggested limits or the triangular or tetrahedral quality measure is bad. The elements have been identified in element set WarnElemDistorted.

Displacement increment for contact is too big.

Excessive distortion at a total of 4072 integration points in solid (continuum) elements

Can you help me with that?
