I want to perform P&T compensation for flow from an instrument signal. I wish to use below for the correction.

F_comp = F_act* (((T_ref * P_act)/(T_act * P_ref))^1/2)
Fcomp and F_act in kg/hr
T_ref = Tref in degc+273.15
P_act - P_act in barg+1.013
What is the correct reference temperature and pressure that should be used?
1.The flow transmitter data sheet has the operating pressure and temperature of the fluid that is used for designing.
2.The calibration of the instrument shows a 4~20mA calibrated vs a DP of 2500mmH2O at 20degC.
Which of these 2 should be used?
