Smart Fasteners

(OP)
I am working with Smart Fasteners and here is my problem.
I can insert fasteners and I know how to flip them. My problem comes when I want to change the fastener type. I open the window to make the change and I have a large list of fasteners to pick from. (See attached)

However, when I select the fastener that I want and click ok nothing happens. The fastener in the box is still "Socket Head Cap Screw". It appears that the default fastener is the only one that I can use. I just don't know why or how to fix it. I would like to be able to choose from other fastener types.

Thanks

Running Solidworks Premium 2012.

RE: Smart Fasteners

I've got the same problem. Does anybody know what to do to fix this..?

RE: Smart Fasteners

... and your Solidworks reseller who is supposed to support his product said what?
