we have transformer three winding 132kv/33kv/6.6kv
and power 63MVA
now how dividing load crossing winding i mean when load from side 6.6kv this effect to side 33kv or only loading for 132kv
onther words when loading to side 6.6kv is effect to 132kv(primary) or effect too to 33kv

One, or the other, or both; it depends. And it depends on lots of factors.

Your question is not clear.You mean load sharing between circuits when fed from one side? Please see Chapter on Theory of Muticircuit Transformers in famous Transformer book by LF Blume and A Boyajian.
