I'm looking for others in the business of estimating Pharma and Biotech facilities costs who would be willing to share cost structures and estimating techniques. I have my own data and methods which will be shared. My thinking here is that if we could share data in a generic way, there would be no problems with the proprietary nature of the cost structures. My interest would be in developing a collaborative database of factored values for the "Northeast quadrant USA" for Bulk,Formulation and Filling and Packaging facilities for ISBL (inside battery limits, e.g. buildings and production only. I also have Utilities and Tank Farm factors databases, generic manhours and materials costs for piping, civil, structural steel, etc.
Any interested parties out there ?
