Problem with sequence move.

Problem with sequence move.

Problem with sequence move.

(OP)
Hello.
I have a problem, has an Assembly that is well restricted but when happens to make a sequence only moves the component without restrictions.
Some body can help me?
May it be something in the configuration?
Many thanks to all.
best regards.

RE: Problem with sequence move.

When in the Sequence Task and and after you've create a new Sequence, even if you haven't actually defined an motions yet, go to the Resource Bar and open the 'Sequence Navigator'.  Now open the 'Details' panel at the bottom and then select the sequence name in the upper panel.  You will see what looks like an information list in the 'Details' panel.  In reality, any of these items are actually options and parameters which you can be set/edited directly from this panel by simiply double-clicking on an item.  For example, if you do NOT want the sequence to HONOR the Assembly Constraints, that is, move as if the parts had no constraints assigned to them (useful whe using Assembly Sequencing to simulate assembly and disassembly tasks), double click the last item in the list, 'Assembly Constraints' and it will be swithed from 'On' to 'Off', meaning that the Assembly Constraints will be ignored when the motion sequences is being defined and when it 'played'.

Also note that once a motion is created, if you select it's name in the Sequence Navigator that there will also be items displayed in the 'Details' panel as well and again some of them can be edited so as to change certains aspects of each individual motion in you Sequence.

Thank you very much John R. Baker.
I had activated this function, but I deactivated and activated again and everything worked.
I do not understand, but worthwhile to deserved.
Many thanks again.
Best regards.

John,
found...
When I return in assembly/modeling I can delete this lightweight body.

Thank you...
