tolerance a dimension

(OP)
Hi
I have Autocad 2012 and dont see how to "tolerance a dimension".   I am used to clicking on the dimension and being able to tolerance it but the window that comes up doesnt have those features...

Also....is there a way to get object snaps to appear on the side bar menu without having to right click/shift to get them?

thank you

RE: tolerance a dimension

I've used older versions of AutoCAD but am currently on 2012 LT.  If you right click on the dimension and bring up the properties box, it's at the bottom.

For the osnaps, you can add an osnap toolbar.  Click tools, then toolbars.
