Mostly make for baby toys.
is that ABS is prefer to chose?
Any suggestion on it?

RE: what materials should i chose?

Yuy,
It really depends on what type of toy it is and by what process it is going to be made. You would need to give us more information.

i don't know the process, just a small toy box.

In my view, it should be used with ABS and injection molding.

here some of the information:

Expected Production Qty / Day = 800 pieces / 10 hour injection shift.
Plastic Injection machine capacity  = Range from biggest  350 Ton / 32 oz, 200 Ton / 22 oz, 150 Ton / 16 oz, 80 / 4 oz

RE: what materials should i chose?

Does it have an increased strength requirement? Polypropylene might well suffice your need and will be a lot cheaper. PE might do well too. It depends on what the toy will have to withstand during it's lifetime. You should speak to a material supplier and they will be able to advise you.

That's a good idea...
Thank you
