No display in CATIA

When I start CATIA V5R19 it just gives me a blank screen. Can not see anything in the start scree only the toolbars around. Even the option to change the display settings in Options - General is not there. Read many threads for a week now. Some say to adjust the hardware acceleration where I can not access it since its an ATI card.

Have used Catia R19, R18 and R20 on the same laptop for 2 years before, just had to format and cant get it back.

Please help. Quite frustrated.

RE: No display in CATIA

Hi we used to get this, I would check your driver version for compatabilty with tyhe version of V5 and we also used to have to reduce the hardware accelration on the graphics card.
