Mate 2 radii tangentially?

Mate 2 radii tangentially?

Mate 2 radii tangentially?

(OP)
Hi, I am trying to mate to radiused surfaces (both parts the radius was created using fillet feature) and I cannot figure out how to make this mate happen. (see attached image)

I tried using planes at a 45 degree angle to each radius, but this resulted in an error saying the planes were .0083 degrees apart.

Any ideas?

RE: Mate 2 radii tangentially?

You must have another mate keeping the two surfaces from coming together. Try another mate other than tangent.
