Fibre optics/cryostat internal viewing

(OP)
Dear all,

We are busy with an LH2 experiment and the cryostat for the test set-up does not allow for installation of a window. Still it would be interesting to obtain imagery from inside the test chamber. I read elsewhere that medical endoscopes have been used for LN2-cooled samples. Would anyone have experience with endoscopes and fibre optic instrumentation for acquiring images inside an LH2 or helium cryostat?
