harness covering products?

harness covering products?

harness covering products?

(OP)
Just need a little advice here. Think I posted this prior in wrong area

I'm already using a Coroplast 1238X on some applications.

Are there any harness covering products... braid, conduit, tape... that will withstand 150 C temps?

RE: harness covering products?

I've seen Teflon Spiral Wrap rated to 260 deg C
Are your harness wires rated that high?

Are you just looking for abrasion protection or thermal shielding/protection,etc..

thanks for your reply

I'm looking for thermal shielding in an engine compartment. 150+ C should be sufficient for my application.

The wires are not rated for 260 deg C, I'm going to try a CoroPlast 1238x tape which is rated for 150 deg C. I believe that should be enough for the application, so I was just wondering about alternatives.

EMT?
