Is there a general formula to determine the crosswind force spectrum coefficient (Cfs) contained in setion 6 of AS1170.2?  The code provides limited determination for only a few combinations of the input variables (aspect ratio, Ih, Vn).  Hoping there there is a more definitive method to determine this factor ???

RE: Wind loading - dynamic response factors Cfs AS1170.2

You could best apply the provisions in AS1170.2 or you would need to look into the research papers that the code is based on.
