Hello,
I would like to know , how the pressure load is distributed to each nodes on a Quad8 element?Does it depends on its shape function?

i'd start with the NASTRAN manual, search for "pressure" you should get a hit on applying pressure loads.  to find out about exactly what it's doing you'll need the developer's manual.

also numerous texts, looking for "pressure loads on higher order elements".

off the top of my head i'd suggest that the load is distributed 1/12th to each corner and 1/6th to each midside.
