ExportPDF half scales drawing

ExportPDF half scales drawing

ExportPDF half scales drawing

(OP)
I've been making changes to a drawing for awhile and distrubuting it by exportPDF.  Suddenly the pdf's are half scale and I don't know why.  I've been exporting the drawing to a custom size (765mm x 615mm).
There are two other associated drawings which both fit on a letter size (A).  One exports to correct size, the other exports to half size.
I have no idea what I did to change the scale of the pdfs. Multiple attempts have produced the same results.
Checked the drawings and they are all to full scale.

Is there some way to restore the exportpdf to full scale?

RE: ExportPDF half scales drawing

I found out what was wrong.  When draftsight can't fit the drawing to the size you specify, it will scale the drawing to fit the size.
There was a small line about 1/8" long, way above the drawing.  I don't know how it got there, but draftsight considered it part of the drawing so that the line created a new height of the drawing.  Instead of being 24 inches high, it was something like 40 inches high.  This resulted in the half-scale pdf file.
