Has anyone used this type of glazing for curtain wall type construction. We have a small area (500 ft2) that I'm planning to use this for shading.

What sort of problems to expect, longevity, does it come in tempered, ???

The application is outdoors subject to the elements from +40C to -40C.

RE: Electrochromic Glazing

Sorry, never heard of it, until now.

Are you sure this is not the effect of binge drinking?

Not this time.  We are doing a control room that is facing south and the proposed curtain wall is sloped; this makes it difficult to use blinds or drapes.  Electrochromic glass darkens when exposed to an electric potential.

We've not used it before and I was wondering if anyone has encountered problems.
