Aspen hydraulics

(OP)
I have a tough problem involving an alkylation-acid mixing tee. Hysys does not have a good mixing tee program except what is embedded in an Aspen hydraulics sub-sheet. I would like to use this sheet but am having trouble getting it to cooperate. I would use AFT Fathom or Korf but the physical properties for the alkylate, a mixture of butanes, propanes, butadienes, etc., may flash as its being mixed in the tee. Obviously, a simple hydraulics program like Fathom is not really up to the task.

I could figure out Aspen myself from tutorial material but none is available. Can anyone send me in the right direction?
