Display Style Bug in SW 2012 (parts stuck in "Hidden Lines Removed")

Display Style Bug in SW 2012 (parts stuck in "Hidden Lines Removed")

(OP)
Hi,

I'm not sure how this happened, but I have an assembly in which some of the parts are stuck in the Hidden Lines Removed display style. Any new parts in the assembly or parts that were suppressed show up in whatever style is selected, but a few parts just won't update.

The appearances have been removed/changed. The parts open up correctly outside of the assembly. Tangent edges removed/visible doesn't change anything. Real view or normal doesn't either. Renders come out as normal. Computer restarted.

I have attached a picture of the problem.

Has this happened to anyone else before ? Any ideas on fixing it ?

Thanks,
alxg

Oh dear, sorry I've solved the problem.

It is not a bug, just that the parts had somehow been switched off the default display and so weren't updating.

I just used the display pane to reset them.

Sorry about the silly question on my first post...
