Also does power supply unit get source power from 120V receptacle or does 1 or 2 power supply units are fused and receive power from a separate breaker.

A typical 24V/3A DC supply could be powered by 115V at less than 15 amps, so it could be just plugged into a wall socket if it has a cord and plug, or one could be added.
We can't tell from here which catalog you're looking at.

Some "maglocks" (ill-defined - I'll assume the type used to hold a door firmly closed) are 'ON' nearly 100% of the time, at least after-hours when all the facility doors are locked. I assume that their steady-state current is the maximum.
