FCC Proxy errors?

FCC Proxy errors?

FCC Proxy errors?

(OP)
We've had several instances where we have gotten an FCC Proxy error message when trying to load parts in UG. We're using NX 7.0.1.7 and Teamcenter Express V5. We're also using Windows 7 Professional on two systems, and the rest are using Windows XP professional. The XP systems have not had these errors, so we're thinking that it may be an issue with Teamcenter Express and Windows 7. Has anyone had a similar issue?

We've had to recreate the files we get the FCC Proxy errors on from scratch, and it's caused us to lose a bit of time to recreate these files. Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks!

Al

RE: FCC Proxy errors?

not sure why you are getting the FCC errors but you shouldn't have to recreate the files...you can just export the part files via named references in TC and import that data into your new number.

Really?!

It's a shame GTAC didn't give us that particular gem of wisdom!! It would have saved us a LOT of time!

Thanks,

Al

We tried that and there was nothing there to export.
