Can you display multiple part family configurations in one file

Can you display multiple part family configurations in one file

(OP)
I would like to create a drafting sheet in the part family file that displays a part family. One veiw that is a standard part and another one of the same family, but with a hole through it. Is this possible to do in the same file. I know I can create another file and have an assembly, but I would like to minimize the number of files.

RE: Can you display multiple part family configurations in one file

Why do you want to minimize the number of file?  Using an Assembly is the proper way to do this, period!

I hope you're also using the Master Model approach when making your drawing, that is the Drawing and the Models are in different files.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
