Compressor load calc.

Dear friends,

I have two simple questions about Centrifugal compressor.
I have a compressor with X direction discharge.
Client told me you should consider 8% weight for foundation and anchor bolts calculations.
Questions:
which direction does this load act? (Y? or Y and Z? or ...?)
If in Y and Z directions, are Fy and Fz equal?

regards,
