Change all text from lower to upper case.

Change all text from lower to upper case.

(OP)

I'm working on a group of drawings that have the notes in lower case sentences. I like how all modern word processors have a utility that will change the case of text. Is their such a tool in Autocad?

Oh, I'm using LT 2009

RE: Change all text from lower to upper case.

The command to do that in full AutoCAD is "TCASE".
That command (is/was part of expres Toos) not available in LT.
You might have someone with full version do that for you.

RE: Change all text from lower to upper case.

If you can't find the LT command you might try to do it outside of LT.

If it is multi line text, there is a utility I use for text called Text Monkey that has a freeware version that will do it outside of ACAD, so you could copy it and convert it and then paste it back.

If it is single line text, you could copy it to the clipboard one line at a time and use the text editor.

If it is or you make it MText, the MText editor has a button for make it UPPERCASE.
