How to dimension holes with fraction and decimal?

How to dimension holes with fraction and decimal?

How to dimension holes with fraction and decimal?

(OP)
Does anyone know how to format hole dims like: Ø5/16 (.313) ?

I am currently using a fractional Style with Dual Units turned on, and the Smart Dimension tool.  However the result is an over/(under) arrangement that does not format well when more than one line of text is necessary.

RE: How to dimension holes with fraction and decimal?

Not sure if you can do it well since fractional dimensions aren't supported by most drawing standards (ASME, iso etc.) anymore and Solid Edge vaguely follows drawings standards unless enough users ask it not too, or they get a programer that doesn't know enough about such things.
