Please can someone help me with some spaceball software, i need
version 3DxWare 5.7.2 Firmware Version 3.11.
This is the only one that works here on win7 with a FLX5000 USB.
All others can't keep the button mapping.
I'd appreciate very much if someone could help

RE: spaceball software

Hey,
I have a similar problem.  I just updated to a Windows 7 64 bit system, and the 3Dconnexion website says that there are no drivers available for my spaceball 4000 flx.  Guess its time to upgrade the spaceball as well?  What do you guys recommend?

thanks for the help, I found the drivers i wanted on the site you suggested

RE: spaceball software

Hey wackolacko,
So you are using the space explorer along with a spandard mouse?  Or do you just use this as your primary mouse.  Also, I am looking for something for my laptop.  Is the explorer ok to take around in a laptop bag?
Thanks,

RE: spaceball software

I use the space explorer along with standard mouse.  You could take the space explorer around in a laptop bag...but it is kind of bulky.  I've user one of these before and they feel great..much more portable.
