Ansys thermal stress

Ansys thermal stress

Ansys thermal stress

(OP)
I have some problem in ansys simulation. Can u help me to solve.
My problem is,
A square steel plate clamped at all the edges and subjected to
increasing temperature (50 to 800degree Celsius). For this I have to plot stress vs temperature plot to find the critical temperature at which the plate subjected to maximum stress.

Since it is subjected to temperature the thermal and mechanical
properties of steel will vary with respect to temperature. hence this has been taken in the analysis part as in attached input file.

I have modeled the plate and done everything required. Plotted stress vs temperature curve.

But the problem is even if I change the palte size and thickness I am getting the same curve. I am getting same result for all the three plates.

I have done analysis for three plates 1) 250x250x6.25
2) 500x500x6.25 and 3) 500x500x12.5.

For all the three plates i m getting same result.

If u have any suggestions please tell me.

I have attached input file.
