Hello All,
I have an LUM server from which I'm serving 8-off licenses. 4-off are bundled together and other 4 separate.
The 4 bundled together are being served to 4 off-site pc's whom extract a license every 30 days via VPN. My recent problem is that the licenses wont restitute and even when their 30 days expire, the licenses, 3-off, still display in the LUM server as used.

Now, Dassault Systemes have supplied me 8 emergency licenses so that i can try and fix this problem so i have 3 days in which to do this.

What I've done so far:
1. tried to restitute all offline licenses. 3-off wont restitute
2. deleted all licenses off server except for those that will not restitute because lum wont allow to delete licenses currently in-use.
3. uninstalled lum on all clients pc's. online & offline & server.
4. cleaned out ..\IBM\LUM\ folders on all.

On reinstall of server and importing of licenses and Offline Migrate, the licenses still show as used or not restituted.

Does anyone know how to completely uninstall LUM server so all history goes with it. no history, no tracking what-so-ever so i can start over?

Thanks in advance.

Are your systems times/time zones correct.  Too much gap in time will cause problems.

I am currently experiencing the same issue. For some reason my two extracted licenses have blank user-names and a 0 as target-Id.

I have picked up two other bits of info during my struggle, and that is that the license does not want to restitute if the name of the PC has been changed. Changing the name back has solved this issue at some stage for me.

Another option which has worked for me before is to set the date of the server after the expiry date. The server then makes the licenses available again.

Please let me know if you have picked up any other bits.

Sorry for the late reply. Thank you all for your replies.
It seems the guys changed the sytem region at some point. There was some program they need to run in German so this was the problem, I think. Anyway, I did the forwarding of the dates on the server which made the licenses come available again.
Not the biggest of problem right now, but now that pc cannot extract the license anymore. I can use it off the server, but not extract.

Thnk you, Gary.
