Does ASME IV specify a maximum allowed back pressure like ASME VIII?

I would like to vent a 15 PSIG steam boiler relief valve up through the roof of the boiler room.  And, I would like to verify that the vent pipe size is adequate.  Pipe run will be about 40 feet with a few elbows.
