Seal Pin Design Best Practise Help

Hello all,
I have a leak path that I would like to redesign and am looking for best practice help.
I have a hollow stainless steel pin that needs to be insulated (separated from an outer SS pipe) via a PEEK or PTFE cylindrical insulator.
I'm worried that lubricant (oil as an example will) squeeze through between the pin and the insulating material (shown in green in the attachment).
On a side note, there is a but screwed to the top of the pin thus I suppose f the oil does get it, it will to some degree be stopped by the but thread near the top (not shown).
Any suggestions? Perhaps someone can direct me to an online design example?

There is no thread actually between the insulating material and the pin. Perhaps there should?
