I need to write a perfomance report on equipments such as the pit viper 351, drill tech's & komatsu haul trucks. I had been collecting data from shift/breakdown log books which gives me a pretty good estimate of the frequency for each equipment failure and the downtime incurred.

I have put the information gathered in an excel sheet and done the graphs. I'm now not sure what format I have to use to write the report & what information is considered relevant.

If you were the stakeholder, what information would you expect in the report?

Why don't you ask your stakeholder?  Are we to mindread?
