Please iam very new here, my search for help as regards inverters brought me to this forum, i need help on inverter circuit, i have built inverters modified sine wave types, from 300watts to 1500watt, but my challege now is to build a sine wave type because most of the imported types in my country are sinewaves  i am looking for help about this because the power supply in my country is very poor,,, please someone  should come to my aid, i uploaded a circuit given to me by a friend, its a smps modified sine wave type using TL494 ICS but  my problem with this circuit when i tried it was that the frequency was  fluctuating badly pls some one should help me in this circuit or give me a better reliable circuit, thanks
