I HAVE TO DESIGN THE ANCHOR BOLTS FOR A NON-BUILDING STRUCTURE. It is a STEEL "T" SUPPORT WITH CONDUIT LOADS AND SOME PIPING LOADS TOO. QUESTION:
FOR ANCHORS BOLTS DESIGN (HILTI OR SIMILAR) SHOULD i COMBINE:
1) Earthquake horizontal "X" direction + Earthquake horizontal "Y" direction + Vertical

or
2a)Earthquake horizontal "X" direction + Vertical
and
2b)Earthquake horizontal "Y" direction + Vertical

I appreciate any response to this question. Also, it would be great the Code Reference and section.

I think it would be a good idea for you to actually research the code for which you are required to comply and understand the load combinations.  I would suggest three codes if you are in the US....ACI 318 (Appendix D), ASCE 7 and the International Building Code (assuming you don't have a specific state code).

This forum will not be there in a meeting with you when you have to explain what you've done, particularly if something goes wrong.

Also...most codes require that you consider the worst case (if predictable) when you analyze for loading.

Just like wind loads, quake loads don't care what the orientation of your structure is. Total seismic shear, Vq = SQRT(Vqx^2 + Vqy^2).  If your code is quiet on this, I would suggest at least the SQRT(2)/2 case for both combined directions Vqx and Vqy.

Don't forget vertical effects from seismic as well.
