I think this might be it attached (maybe someone else knows).

Although the author is listed as Wooddall, the publication is Electrical Apparatus (where Nailen publishes the vast majority of the articles), and the site mentioned at the end is mastercontrols.     If it's not the same article, would be quite a coincidence.
