ProSteel file conversion to Staad pro

ProSteel file conversion to Staad pro

(OP)
Hello everyone. I'm currently designing a structure with a Prosteel file. From my research, it is possible to convert the Prosteel file to Staad but unfortunately I haven't encountered yet a substantial file/video/manual about this one. If you have any info leading to my question, may I request that you share these to me. Thanks.

RE: ProSteel file conversion to Staad pro

The latest versions of STAAD and ProSteel are compatible with Bentley ISM, so you can use the Structural Synchronizer to move data from one application to the other. Prior versions could still work using StrucLink or CIS/2 neutral files.
For information on ISM see the main website here: http://www.bentley.com/en-US/promo/ism/
There is a video about the StrucLink here: http://www.bentley.com/en-US/Community/eSeminars/Structural/StrucLink.htm
