Need some help- I am working on this project:Design and build a 100W/50HZ inverter.Your suggestions will be appreciated.

Since it is only 100W, I assume you are wanting single phase.

The first question to answer is: "What do you want the output to look?"  Does it need to be pure sinewave? Or is pseudo-sine or other acceptable?

After that I can give you more direction.  You might want to find a ham radio operator and ask him, as many of them build simple inverters like this.
