SA-240 Table 1, Other Elements

SA-240 Table 1, Other Elements

SA-240 Table 1, Other Elements

(OP)
Specifically, S40910.

Question: The 'Other Elements' column has a formula:

     Ti 6 x (C+N) min, 0.50 max; Cb 0.17

(I want to be sure I understand this formula completely.)

This formula means, with C = 0.030, N = 0.030,

     Ti, min = 6 x (0.030+0.030) = 0.36%

Therefore, Ti content is 0.36-0.50%.

Am I correct?
