Cabling Selection

Cabling Selection

Cabling Selection

(OP)
I'm currently trying to select cables for an indoor test lab. The cables will be run in open cable trays. I am looking for cables rated for 600V, 90 degrees C, low smoke, non-flex. It does not need to be oil resistant or sunlight resistant. I will need cables ranging from 14AWG to 250MCM running at 60Hz. Cables will range from single conductor to four conductor. I know the NEC says that Type TC and Type TC-ER are the best suited power cables for open cable trays. I'm trying to determine what insulation and jacket types will suit my application the best. Any suggestions on the insulation and jacket types as well as any specific wires for this application?
