Sheet Metal problem

I have received a iges file with data that is all hacked up when I opened it up in NX7.5, now I ran it through a couple converters and got nowhere. Okay so now I need help there is overlapping sheets and gaps I can't seem to fill. Please help!!!

Can't seem to get the file uploaded can send, will try to continue to get the file uploaded.

RE: Sheet Metal problem

Look up "heal geometry" in the help and on this forum, it may be able to help out.

Well that did help thank you, it solve all the overlapping sheets I had but there is some gaps that still need some fixing.

RE: Sheet Metal problem

Note that you can open-up the 'tolerances' on the Heal Geometry tool to close larger gaps, but be warned, the results may not be what you're expecting.  After all, it's very difficult to make a "silk purse out of a sow's ear" winky smile
