pennpiper (Mechanical),

I am not yelling. I am just asking suggestions from expert like you. I tried with many suppliers but they have informed that BONNET GASKET, DOUBLE JACKETED WITH MIN. 95% PURITY GRAPHITE FILLED is not in their scope of manufacturing. All of them offer SS304+GRAPHITE.

I have a doubt whether Double jacket gasket is out dated & SS304+Graphite is the latest technology. My client has no idea about his exact requirement. Therefore, I want to get advise from experts like you. If Double jacket gasket is out dated & if no body is manufacturing that, them I can inform my client accordingly & get his approval. Please give me your valuable advise. I am not an expert in valve, I am just a beginner.

Using capitals is yelling (standard internet protocol). Where are you located and how far a field of suppliers are you searching?

Dear cloa,

I am in the Middle-East. I have a list of approved manufacturers in Europe & Asia. I contacted them & they are unable to manufacture the required BONNET GASKET, DOUBLE JACKETED WITH MIN. 95% PURITY GRAPHITE FILLED. All of them offer SS304+GRAPHITE.

I don't think "double jackets" are out-dated as there are still manufacturers that offer double jacket gaskets.  I would suggest googling on the words "double jacket graphite valve gasket" and then calling some of the manuafacturers whose sites come up to discuss your specific needs.
