InfoWater User Manual

Does anyone outer know where I can possibly obtain a user's manual for InfoWater? The program is loaded into a workstation at my office but the drop down help menu appears to focus more about its GIS features than fire flow analysis which are the calculations that I am trying to carry out.

Its my first time using this program so any help is greatly appreciated. I have used other programs such as WaterCAD and WaterNet (now called WaterNetworks).

RE: InfoWater User Manual

I use Infowater.  Unfortunately, the help menus are about all there is, except for the mfg's help line.  What's your problem?

77JQX,
Thanks for the quick response. Well I'm just trying to figure out where to start, how to even set up a model. Its my first time using the program and looking to model a few fireflow scenarios. I have sent an email to the software developer, hopefully I get some help there.
