Cryogenic Level Measurement
Cryogenic Level Measurement
(OP)
Hoping Someone can point me in the right direction. I have two vessels - 70' by 16' filled with Liquid Hydrogen at -423 at 100psig using Nitrogen to offload so there is a regular hard boiling issue. I need a level measurement system to send a signal - no local indication needed.
Fully flexible regarding tank connections and etc. so I'm open to any suggestions - Mainly up against the temp and interface - has anyone dealt with this before?
Thanks.

You can find many fabricators (Fisher, Rosemount, etc). Level transmitter works with differential pressure, it takes gaseous phase from nitrogen and internally convert in a signal of 4-30mA, signal goes to a control room or remote panel.
