RE: ALPTECC12 power factor contrller

Mr. Hasanhadi,

Kindly I offer you some advise here.  I will first state that I assume English is not your first language, so I can accept your terse and rather impatient tone.  From what I gathered on you..

"After joining Eng-Tips Forums on January 21, 2012, I've logged in 22 times. My last login was on Tuesday, January 24, 2012. I've started 3 threads, posted 2 replies, and written 0 FAQs."

So you joined last week and expected immediate answers (including that a weekend was involved) to your problems.  I did respond to your questions about the Varlogic and frankly it seems that you simply did not take the time to read the instruction manual.  In the five minutes it took for me to download the Varlogic manual and browse it, I had a reasonable answer for you.  We are not here to do your work.  We are here to help with things.

My advise on this system is similar to the last.  This device is designed for a LV system and you desire to use it on a MV system, via a VT.  You need to incorporate the appropriate VT Ratio into your settings and properly document this near the device.  Any further questions, I would suggest you contact the manufacturer of the device.

There are many very smart folks on this site who are helpful in many ways.  Impatience, SHOUTING and asking for free work are frowned upon here.

Good luck.
