Physics of fuselage ribs
Physics of fuselage ribs
(OP)
So here what i am dealing with,
Problem- Fuselage ribs connectors (the stingers) will be bolts. So, what equations are there to calculate the force (tension/stress) handling capability of each bolt entry point with regards to the material used ( that of the bolt, the rib, and the stinger), and the diameter of the entry point on the rib?

RE: Physics of fuselage ribs
fasteners have tension and shear allowables
combined allowable ... Rt^2+Rs^2 = 1

I think you first need to take a step back and get to grips with airframe engineering. I would suggest that you start with Cutler: Understanding Aircraft Structures and then move on to Bruhn or Peery (1950). These books should provide answers to most of the questions that may arise in your work, if you deal with metallic airframes in particular.
