I trying find/search paper prove this but can't found.

So, if who have any document or standard please let me know.

Ekmann,

Go to API-650 Std. Paragraph 5.6.1.1

RE: How many thickness of thin wall of atmospheric storage tank?

I interpret the question to mean "What is the definition of 'thin wall'?"

In Roark's Formulas for Stress and Strain, he gives equations for hoop stress in a thick-walled cylinder.  Evaluating those equations, you can get an approximate limit where stresses are the same as a thin wall.
