PWHT ( coil or Band width ) requirement

What are the deciding factor for PWHT ( coil or Band width ) requirement.

Some specs/ codes say 75 mm , some say 50 mm , some say 150 mm. So what are the basic criteria for selecting the Width of Induction Coil?

RE: PWHT ( coil or Band width ) requirement

The contractually specified requirements.  If none are specified, then you can follow ISO 17663 or AWS D10.10 as appropriate and as seen fit.
