Require info of trusses by Dixieline Lumber used in 1980s

(OP)
I have a project to add heavy equipment on existing building floor. The floor truss identifications are: FFK-28-24-92.5(19), FR-28-25/18-35(24), M-24-4-40(2/2), CG-4-35, CAR-28, FR-20-18-35, etc. I need to determine if the floor has reserved capacity to support proposed equipment, but I don't have the truss info. Looking for help. Thanks

RE: Require info of trusses by Dixieline Lumber used in 1980s

Sorry - no info here.  But anytime I have "reverse" engineered steel joists - they were right on the "money" - no reserve whatsoever.  Thats why you see some really weird joist spacing like 5'- 9 3/4''

I presume these are wood trusses - so you might have some reserve - but not much.  The numbers or IDs you show might just be particular to this job.

Where was Dixieland.  Are they still in business?  Can you get the floor truss layout?? - Heights, lengths, panel sizes, lumber sizes and grades, plate sizes and type , etc.  Existing floor loads?  How much do you want to add?

You might be starting from scratch on this one!!
