Drawing View Object lines

Drawing View Object lines

Drawing View Object lines

(OP)
I am on NX6.
Normally I have all my visible drawing view object lines set to a certain color.
I have a special situation where I want my drawing view object lines to be the same color as they are in the model, but I cannot find how to set that.
It is obvious on how to set the line font and line thickness to "original", but I cannot find how to set the color to "original".
How do I set my drawing view lines to the same color as they are in the model?

RE: Drawing View Object lines

While in the Drawing select all the views of interest, press MB3, select style, select the tab labeled 'Visible Lines', select the 'Color' icon on the Left.  When the Color Palette comes up, scroll to the bottom of the dialog and in the section titled 'Selcted Color', select the first icon on the left titled 'Deselect All Colors'.  Now hit OK twice and you should good to go.

One additional issue, depending on whether you've done any face editing of the colors of the original Component parts, you may need to go back to the Style dialog and on the 'General' tab, set the 'Wireframe Color Source' option to what you're really looking for.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
