Can't save after updating to 7.5.5.4

I just updated my NX from version 7.5.4.4MP06 to 7.5.5.4 and I can no longer save files.
I get the following error:
The requested SOA object property is not loaded

Note: NX is working with teamcenter (v8)

GTAC has already been contacted but, as usual, they don't know what the problem is either.

I'm guessing it's some sort of licensing problem, but I already copied all the nxmanager...xml files into my \\TCDATA\soa\policies folder, and other than that I have no idea what to do.

Hope someone has had the same problem recently (well, not really, but you know what I mean...) and can help me quicker than GTAC.

We are having the same problem here occasionally and we have yet to find a solution. We just had an entirely new assembly (with new components) that will load from TCe (Express V5) the first time while launching NX. But, if you immediately close the assembly and try to reopen (with the same load options) it will fail giving the SOA Object Property Error. Does anyone know what property this is, and how we can turn it off?

Double check that the files you copied to TCDATA\soa\policies are all there and that they have a size.

A little trick i use to test new NX versions such as 754 -> 755 and keep the old install in case i bump into trouble.
Before running the maintenance release upgrade, i copy the install folder.
example:
C:\siemens\NX7.5 ( select the nx7.5 folder and copy)
then paste and rename into:

C:\siemens\NX7.5
\NX7.5-754MPx

Then when i run the maintenance release it will upgrade the files in "NX7.5" only.
Later if i decide to not continue the upgrade and want to switch back to the older version its a simple delete the upgraded folder and rename the copied folder .

Since i run with Teamcenter i must also copy files into the TCDATA\soa\policies , i keep a screenshot of the message that tells me which files to copy such that i can remove them if i revert to the older version.
 
I ended up contacting GTAC for this and they sent me a file that fixed the problem

the IR was 1881538.

Thanks for the replies. We had a GTAC in for this (I believe, it is not me that submitted it) so I hope something is learned there. Beyond that, attached are the files in our SOA Policies. Does it look correct?

....And, that same file will open correctly if I close TCe and UG completely, restart those programs and open. Essentially, when this SOA error happens one must start over each time.
