Does anyone knows if i can change the loading angle of the IRBP 750k position er while welding on the other side. Robots are IRB 1400 sc4 controller

Depends on how your safety system is set up. Depends on how the operator station is guarded and whether the operator is standing in the light curtain protected area or not. If the safety system is detecting that the operator could be accessing the positioner (e.g. the light curtain is tripped) then motion of the positioner MUST be held stopped.
